Looking to Return, Refund or Exchange?

At Leather Jacket Outfit, we aim to provide our customers with the best services and we care very much about your experience and satisfaction. We are committed to offering our customers the most trendy, innovative, and flawless products, we understand that certain circumstances may require returns, or exchanges. If you need to return or exchange an item, certain aspects need to be taken care of.


We hope that you’ll love everything you ordered from leather jacket outfit. But if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the delivery date.

Note: We aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team info@leatherjacketoutfit.com. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Order Cancellation

  1. For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund. The request for cancellation of your order should be made within 24 hours and if the cancellation will be made within 24 hours. We will refund the entire amount into the buyer’s account after the request.
  2. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
  3. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 15 days, please contact us via email – info@leatherjacketoutfit.com)

The customer is entitled to return/refund, in the following cases

  • Wrong product received by the customer
  • Products has some defects
  • Product damaged in shipping
  • Product is tampered


  • The jacket must be returned in the original packing.
  • The condition of the jacket should be as good as new with tags attached.

We will not accept if the item(s) if

  • Damaged or misused by the customer.
  • Missing original tags and company receipts.
  • Has pet hairs, dirty, or smells.


  • All returns are accepted within the 30 days time period after delivery. Once this timeline is over, we will not be responsible for any returns or refunds.
  • In order to get approval for return/exchange, simply send us an email at info@leatherjacketoutfit.com (within 24 hours of receiving the product).
  • Mention your name, order number, and email address along with a snap/photo to highlight your issue. Our sales representative will get back to you within 48 working hours to serve you in the best possible way.
  • Once you get the approval for return/exchange, we will provide you with our Warehouse address. Buyers are requested to send the package through the local postal office with Tracking Number.
  • The return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
  • All returns shall be made within 30 days.
